About the RoleVardaan Enterprises is expanding its Insurance & Loan Sales team and looking for confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Female Telecallers to join our team.
🔹 Insurance SalesYou will be handling customer calls and generating business for:
- Motor Insurance
- Health Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Home Insurance
- Travel Insurance
- Business & Other Insurance Products
🔹 Loan SalesYou will also handle sales enquiries for:
- Second-Hand Four Wheeler Loans
- Home Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- MSME Loans
- Education Loans
- Working Capital Loans
- Other Loan Products
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain suitable insurance & loan products
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable options
- Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain basic customer and lead records
- ✅ Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills
- Hindi communication is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of English preferred
- Confident and positive attitude
- Comfortable with calling and sales targets
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers are welcome
- Sales/Telecalling experience will be an advantage
