Job Description

Set up, repair, and maintain press tools, stamping dies, and jigs used in hardware production.

Troubleshoot and correct tooling issues (e.g., burrs, dimensional inaccuracies, material feeding issues) to ensure high-quality output for components like metal latches, clips, and fasteners.

Perform regular grinding, polishing, and sharpening of punches and dies to extend tool life.

Safely handle die loading, unloading, and precision setting on power press machines.
