Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator with an ITI qualification to operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, quality checking, troubleshooting, and maintaining production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines as per SOP and production requirements.
• Set up machines and adjust machine parameters when required.
• Monitor machine performance during production.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Conduct basic inspection of finished products.
• Identify machine abnormalities and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports.
• Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.

Required Skills:

• ITI qualification in relevant trade.
• Basic knowledge of industrial machines and tools.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings/instructions.
• Knowledge of machine safety and production processes.
• Good observation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Physically fit and disciplined.
