Job Description
We are hiring Customer Care Advisers for our BPO Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a good customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain good communication and customer relationships.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Update customer information and call details in the system.
- Achieve basic quality and performance targets.
Eligibility
- Education: HSC / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
