ob OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented DSA Telecaller to generate leads, contact potential customers, explain financial products/services, and assist in converting leads into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Explain loan/financial products, eligibility, features, and documentation requirements.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate with the sales/DSA team for lead conversion and customer processing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer status.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Ensure timely follow-up until the lead is converted or closed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Candidate Requirements12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English; regional language is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/Excel.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
• Comfortable working with sales and calling targets.
• Experience0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, banking, loans, insurance, or DSA preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
