Job Description

Location: Marine Drive, Kochi

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Experience: 2–5 years

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
  • Handle Tally entries, ledgers, vouchers and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and payment processing.
  • Prepare invoices, expense records and basic financial reports.
  • Handle online banking and payment transactions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and management for accounting-related matters.
  • Support month-end closing and other routine accounting activities.
  • RequirementsB.Com / M.Com qualification.
  • 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Tally.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience in online banking/payment processes.
  • Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
