Interior Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Coordinator – Commercial Interiors Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time

Job SummaryWe are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Site Coordinator with a background in commercial interior projects (offices, retail spaces, restaurants, etc.). You will act as the primary bridge between our design team, project managers, and the on-site execution teams. Your main goal is to ensure that all interior fit-out work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision: Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and ensure work progresses according to the approved timeline and design drawings.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate with various contractors, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and HVAC technicians.
• Material Management: Track site materials, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of required items without halting progress.
• Quality Control: Inspect ongoing work to ensure it matches the 2D/3D layouts and meets our quality and finish standards.
• Reporting: Provide daily or weekly site progress reports, complete with photographs, to the Project Manager and design team.
• Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any on-site bottlenecks, material shortages, or labor issues.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all workers strictly adhere to on-site safety and building regulations.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of proven on-site experience specifically in commercial interior design or architecture projects.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and thoroughly understand architectural drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and coordination skills to manage labor and report to management effectively.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel between different sites and work flexible hours depending on project deadlines.
