Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telemarketing Executives to support our business development activities by communicating with potential customers, explaining company services, and coordinating appointments for the sales team.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
• Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Generate and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain professional communication with customers during all interactions.
• Follow up on inquiries and existing leads regularly.
• Update customer details and call records accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and follow-up activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Malayalam and basic English communication is required.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently and professionally.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
