Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team and help drive ticket sales for our upcoming events.

• ResponsibilitiesVisit potential customers, businesses, institutions, and other relevant locations to promote event tickets.
• Generate new leads and convert them into ticket sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and local partners.
• Explain ticket categories, pricing, and event details clearly to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and interested customers to close sales.
• Maintain basic records of leads, sales, and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding sales updates and requirements.
• Explore new opportunities and locations to increase ticket sales.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in field sales, direct sales, business development, or customer acquisition is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in meeting and speaking with new people.
• Target-driven and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and sales activities.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and online communication tools.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.

Compensation₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance-based incentives

High performers will have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on their sales performance.
