Job Description Position: Cook

Experience: 2 years preferred

• Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the required recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is prepared with proper taste, quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Plan and organize daily meal preparation and kitchen activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person when ingredients need to be replenished.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Coordinate with other household/kitchen staff as required.
• Be flexible with the menu and willing to prepare different cuisines as needed.
• RequirementsPrevious experience as a Cook is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Ability to prepare tasty, hygienic, and well-presented meals.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and professional behavior.
• Knowledge of Indian/South Indian/other cuisines will be an advantage, depending on the requirement.
