Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Confirm customer orders via phone calls.

Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram.

Sort, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.

Follow up on NDR (Non-Delivery Report) orders to improve delivery success.

Maintain daily records of dispatches and RTOs in Excel.
