Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The IT Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in the deployment of new systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Ensure the security of IT infrastructure by implementing appropriate security measures.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Manage backups, disaster recovery, and data integrity procedures.
Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and upgrades.
Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure.
Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, and data centers is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
