Job Description

Welcome customers and provide friendly service.

Handle ingredients, stock, and basic inventory requirements.

Support the team during busy hours and daily outlet operations.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.
