HBS Network Pvt. Ltd is hiring Customer Care Executives to handle customer calls and register broadband service complaints.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend incoming customer calls
  • Register and update customer complaints in the system
  • Provide basic information and support related to broadband services
  • Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
  • Follow up with customers regarding complaint status
