E-Commerce Executive

About the Role:

Nexgen Ecom Expert is looking for an E-commerce Backend Executive who can efficiently manage seller accounts across multiple marketplaces and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto & Swiggy Instamart.

• Create, update and optimize product listings.

• Handle catalog management, inventory updates and pricing.

• Process orders, returns and customer queries.

• Coordinate with clients for account-related requirements.

• Resolve listing errors, account health issues and support tickets.

• Maintain MIS reports and work on Microsoft Excel.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of experience in E-commerce Account Management.

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplaces.

• Good command of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
