Role: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive field sales for our Aluminium & Glass Door and Window products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, developing business, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business through field visits and networking.
• Meet contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, dealers, Colonizers and customers.
• Promote and sell Aluminium & Glass Doors & Windows.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular market coverage.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in Field Sales / Building Material / Paint / Aluminium / Glass / Construction-related products preferred.
• Candidates from Paint Sales or similar field-sales backgrounds are highly preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field work.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
