Job Description
Security Field Officer / Supervisor Multiple Sites – Job Description
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Dasna, Ghaziabad
Job Type: Full-time | 30 Days / Immediate Joining
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and arrange security guards as per site manpower requirements.
- Conduct guard interviews, verification and basic screening.
- Brief and train guards on site duties, discipline, SOPs and security procedures.
- Ensure proper deployment, attendance, uniform and grooming.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise security guards.
- Handle guard shortages, replacements and manpower issues.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team and client for smooth security services.
- Submit daily manpower/site reports and immediately escalate any security issue.
Requirements:
- Experience in security field supervision/manpower handling preferred.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Willing to travel within assigned area.
- Candidates with security agency/site supervision experience preferred.
