Job Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients
Explain company services clearly and professionally
Generate and qualify business leads through calls
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the sales team for further lead conversion
Maintain professional communication with customers
