कार्यस्थल: Biomass Pellet Manufacturing Plant
हमारे प्लांट के लिए निम्न पदों पर अनुभवी, मेहनती और जिम्मेदार उम्मीदवारों की आवश्यकता है।
🔧 1. फिटर – 1 पद
मुख्य कार्य एवं योग्यता:
* Manufacturing/Industrial Plant में कार्य का अच्छा अनुभव।
* Conveyor Belt, Roller, Pulley, Bearing एवं अन्य Mechanical Parts की जानकारी।
* Industrial Machinery की fitting, maintenance एवं servicing का अनुभव।
* Gearbox की fitting, oiling, maintenance एवं troubleshooting की जानकारी।
* Motor fitting, alignment एवं mechanical connections की जानकारी।
* मशीन में होने वाली mechanical problems को पहचानकर कम समय में समाधान करने की क्षमता।
* Welding, Gas Cutting, Drilling एवं basic fabrication का ज्ञान।
* Preventive Maintenance एवं Breakdown Maintenance का अनुभव।
* Industrial tools एवं safety procedures की अच्छी जानकारी।
* Biomass/Pellet Plant या Heavy Manufacturing Plant का अनुभव प्राथमिकता।
⚡ 2. इलेक्ट्रिशियन – 1 पद
अनुभव: न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष
10 वर्ष या उससे अधिक अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवारों को विशेष प्राथमिकता।
मुख्य कार्य एवं योग्यता:
* Industrial/Manufacturing Plant में Electrical Maintenance का अनुभव।
* Electrical Panels की installation, operation एवं maintenance की जानकारी।
* PLC एवं HMI based control panels पर काम करने का अनुभव।
* Conveyor, Motors एवं अन्य industrial machinery के electrical connections की जानकारी।
* Star-Delta, DOL Starter, Contactor, Relay, Overload एवं Motor Protection की अच्छी समझ।
* Motor connection, fault finding एवं troubleshooting में सक्षम।
* Conveyor control panels एवं motor control systems की जानकारी।
* PLC-controlled machinery में fault identify करके कम समय में breakdown ठीक करने की क्षमता।
* Preventive एवं Breakdown Electrical Maintenance का अनुभव।
* Sensors, Proximity Sensors, Limit Switches आदि की जानकारी।
* HT Electrical System एवं HT Safety Procedures का basic working knowledge।
* Electrical drawings एवं wiring diagrams पढ़ने की क्षमता।
* Industrial electrical safety एवं LOTO procedures की जानकारी।
* Biomass/Pellet Plant या Heavy Manufacturing Industry का अनुभव अतिरिक्त लाभ।
🛡️ 3. सिक्योरिटी गार्ड – 2 पद
ड्यूटी: 12 घंटे की शिफ्ट
रहना: फैक्ट्री परिसर के अंदर रहना अनिवार्य
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
* फैक्ट्री, मशीनरी, कच्चे माल, वाहनों एवं कंपनी की संपत्ति की सुरक्षा।
* फैक्ट्री में प्रवेश करने और बाहर जाने वाले हर व्यक्ति एवं वाहन की जांच।
* कर्मचारियों, मजदूरों, ड्राइवरों, आगंतुकों एवं ठेकेदारों की Entry/Exit की निगरानी।
* Inward/Outward Register में सभी आवश्यक जानकारी सही तरीके से दर्ज करना।
* आने-जाने वाले सामान एवं वाहनों की जांच तथा आवश्यक अनुमति की पुष्टि करना।
* पूरे फैक्ट्री परिसर एवं बाउंड्री की नियमित राउंड/पेट्रोलिंग करना।
* विशेष रूप से रात के समय सतर्क रहना।
* कच्चे माल, स्टोरेज, मशीनरी एवं अन्य संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों की निगरानी।
* चोरी, संदिग्ध गतिविधि, आग, नुकसान या अनधिकृत प्रवेश की तुरंत मैनेजमेंट को सूचना देना।
* बिना अनुमति किसी व्यक्ति या वाहन को परिसर में प्रवेश नहीं करने देना।
* शिफ्ट बदलते समय अगली शिफ्ट के गार्ड को सभी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देना।
* आपातकालीन स्थिति में तुरंत कार्रवाई करना और मैनेजमेंट को सूचित करना।
आवश्यक गुण:
* ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार, अनुशासित एवं सतर्क।
* शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ और नियमित राउंड लगाने में सक्षम।
* रजिस्टर में जानकारी भरने एवं सामान्य रिकॉर्ड रखने की क्षमता।
* Day/Night दोनों शिफ्ट में 12 घंटे की ड्यूटी करने के लिए तैयार।
* Security Guard/Factory Security का अनुभव प्राथमिकता।
* पहचान पत्र एवं Police Verification आवश्यक।

🏠 महत्वपूर्ण शर्त – सभी पदों के लिए
फिटर, इलेक्ट्रिशियन और सिक्योरिटी गार्ड — सभी कर्मचारियों के लिए फैक्ट्री परिसर के अंदर रहना अनिवार्य है।
* कंपनी द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए परिसर/आवास में रहना होगा।
* रोज़ाना बाहर से आना-जाना स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा।
* प्लांट की आवश्यकता के अनुसार शिफ्ट एवं आपातकालीन स्थिति में उपलब्ध रहना आवश्यक होगा।
