Supervisor/Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and more than 6 years of relevant experience in school, hotel, shopping complex, commercial building, or similar construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day civil construction activities, manpower, contractors, quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned works.

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction and maintenance activities at site.
• Manage and coordinate civil contractors, subcontractors, and manpower.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Supervise RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
• Monitor quantity and quality of construction materials used at site.
• Check line, level, dimensions, and workmanship of civil works.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Project Managers, architects, consultants, and other departments.
• Prepare and maintain daily work progress reports and manpower reports.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify construction issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and site regulations.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure work completion within agreed timelines.
• Assist in quantity measurement, material estimation, and checking contractor bills.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations or defects.
• Coordinate civil works with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other services.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the construction site.
• Handle snagging, rectification, and finishing activities before project handover.

Maintain records of site activities, materials, inspections, and work progress.
