Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to handle franchise enquiries, communicate with potential investors, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into First Mechanic Franchise Partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall new leads and explain the First Mechanic Franchise Business Model.
• Understand the prospect’s location, investment capacity, business interest, and timeline.
• Explain franchise investment, setup, machinery, branding, training, marketing, and company support.
• Regularly follow up with interested and old leads.
• Generate qualified franchise prospects and schedule meetings with the Sales Manager.
• Encourage serious prospects for office visits, online meetings, and location discussions.
• Maintain complete lead records and update follow-up status in CRM/Excel/Software.
• Share franchise presentations, proposals, videos, and other required information through WhatsApp/email.
• Handle basic customer objections and franchise-related queries professionally.
• Follow up on prospects for token amount/payment and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager for high-potential leads and deal closures.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication and represent the First Mechanic brand positively.

• Hindi communication is essential; basic English preferred
• Strong telecalling and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, and email
• Target-oriented and disciplined approach
• Ability to handle objections and customer queries
• Good negotiation and sales closing skills
• Qualification & ExperienceQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Franchise Sales, Insurance, Loan, Real Estate, Automobile, or B2B Sales
• Candidates with franchise sales experience will be preferred.
