Job Description

📞 Receive Zomato & Swiggy order calls promptly and politely.


🧁 Understand customer instructions carefully (customizations, messages on cake, delivery timing, etc.).


💬 Handle cake enquiries — explain cake designs, flavors, and available options clearly.


💰 Share accurate pricing and guide customers about offers or add-ons.


🎯 Convince customers confidently to place or upgrade their order (upselling combos, premium cakes, etc.).


🚚 Track ongoing deliveries — ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time.


💳 Monitor payment status — confirm online payments and coordinate for pending ones.


📝 Maintain order logs (order ID, delivery status, payment mode, customer requests).


🤝 Provide polite and professional customer support throughout the process.
