Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, conducting site visits and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, references and networking.
• Meet potential customers and understand their property requirements.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and investment benefits.
• Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with clients.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closure.
• Requirements6 months – 2 years of experience in Real Estate / Field Sales / Direct Sales preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel within Noida / Greater Noida.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may also apply.
