About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and responsible Interior Designer who has good knowledge of 2D planning and 3D interior renders, along with basic practical experience in residential interior designing.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, communicate confidently with customers, convert their ideas into functional designs and 3D visuals, and coordinate with the internal team for execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare 2D layouts, furniture plans and working drawings as required.
• Create 3D interior designs and realistic renders based on client requirements.
• Understand client preferences, requirements, budget and design expectations.
• Communicate with clients to discuss designs, modifications, materials, colours and finishes.
• Incorporate client feedback and make necessary changes to 2D/3D designs.
• Participate in telephonic/online meetings with clients and coordinate design discussions.
• Follow up with clients regarding design approvals, pending information and meetings.
• Maintain daily work reports and project-related records.
• Coordinate with the sales, design and execution teams.
• Maintain basic office documentation and project data.
• Use MS Excel for maintaining reports, trackers and project-related information.
• Make occasional site visits when required to understand site conditions, take measurements or coordinate design requirements.
• Ensure designs are practical and suitable for actual site execution.
• Assist the team with other design and office coordination activities as required.
• Required SkillsGood command of 2D and 3D interior design software.
• Good understanding of residential interiors, furniture layouts, materials and finishes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate with clients professionally.
• Good creative and visualisation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Good organisational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements and design revisions.
• Willingness to make occasional site visits.
• Should be comfortable with client calling and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Preferred QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant interior design experience preferred.
• Candidates with good 3D visualization skills and a strong portfolio will be preferred.

The candidate should be comfortable handling both design work and basic office/client coordination responsibilities.
