Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and qualified sales leads.
  • Introduce company services and gain a clear understanding of basic customer requirements.
  • Handle first-level customer inquiries and supply accurate information.
  • Maintain meticulous daily logs of call results, prospective leads, and follow-up dates.
  • Transfer and coordinate verified, highly qualified leads to the Business Development team.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Clear, confident, and polite speaking abilities with effective communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer interaction and sales etiquette.
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn calling techniques and soft skills.
