Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Business Development Executive to support our real estate projects through lead generation, broker coordination, and structured follow-ups.

If you have strong communication skills and an interest in real estate, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads through calling and online research
  • Coordinate with brokers, developers, and clients
  • Schedule meetings and manage regular follow-ups
  • Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM systems
  • Share daily/weekly activity reports with the team

Required Skills :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good coordination and follow-up ability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
