Job Description

We are building a premium home-services platform for families in Gurgaon (maids, drivers, caregivers, etc.).

We are looking for someone who can manage and structure our entire data system and support daily operations.


What You’ll Do

Maintain and organize worker & customer database

Update profiles (skills, availability, verification status)

Manage leads and service requests from families

Coordinate matching between families and workers

Track daily operations (assignments, replacements, follow-ups)

Maintain records of payments, attendance, and service history

Generate basic reports (daily / weekly performance)

Support WhatsApp communication & CRM updates.
