Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with practical knowledge of civil engineering and construction site management to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- [ ] Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

- [ ] Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- [ ] Manage and coordinate RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.

- [ ] Monitor labour, contractors, and subcontractors at the site.

- [ ] Check construction materials, quantities, and proper utilization.

- [ ] Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.

- [ ] Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.

- [ ] Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.

- [ ] Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

- [ ] Ensure proper safety practices and compliance at the construction site.

- [ ] Maintain measurements, work records, and basic site documentation.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

- Practical knowledge of construction work and site supervision.

- Good understanding of civil construction methods, drawings, measurements, and materials.

- Experience in handling labour and contractors will be an advantage.

- Good communication and site coordination skills.
