Job Description

We are urgently looking for a pastry head chef.


  • Plan and supervise daily cake, pastry and bakery production.
  • designer cakes perfection
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, presentation and portion sizes.
  • Prepare and maintain recipes, production standards and SOPs.
  • Plan production according to orders, stock levels and expected demand.
  • Manage kitchen staff, assign duties and monitor performance.
  • Ensure proper inventory, storage and wastage control.
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Train staff on recipes, techniques, hygiene and presentation.
  • Develop new products and seasonal/creative cake and pastry designs.
  • Coordinate with the counter/sales team for urgent orders and requirements.
  • Ensure all products are ready on time and properly labelled/stored.
  • Control raw-material usage and maintain product costing.
