HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in hiring the right talent within defined timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee references, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure candidates complete the required documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Conduct offer discussions and negotiate salary within approved budgets.
• Track candidate dropouts, no-shows, and joining ratios and take corrective actions.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of recruitment experience; BPO/Telecom/Customer Service hiring experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic recruitment tools.
