Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Site Installation Engineer / Technician to install, configure, test, and commission security and surveillance systems at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling biometric attendance systems, access control, CCTV, turnstiles, EPABX systems, and related networking components while ensuring quality installation and timely project completion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, biometric attendance systems, access control systems, turnstiles, boom barriers, and EPABX systems.
• Read and execute installation work as per site drawings and project requirements.
• Perform cable laying, conduit work, device mounting, wiring, labeling, and termination.
• Configure IP devices, controllers, biometric devices, and networking equipment.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve installation issues at site.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Submit daily work progress reports with photographs and installation updates.
• Ensure installations comply with company quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Conduct client demonstrations and provide basic user training after installation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and attend service calls when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and installation materials in good condition.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of CCTV, Biometric, Access Control, Turnstile, Boom Barrier, and EPABX systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP Addressing, LAN, Switches, Routers).
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Experience in cable termination and electrical wiring.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India.
• QualificationITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience1–5 years of experience in installation and commissioning of security and surveillance systems.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
• Preferred RequirementsValid driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and under project deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
