Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Gurugram

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
• Maintain ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting financial documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Senior Accountant and audit team as required.
• Assist in identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting; freshers can apply.
• Basic knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
