MIS Executive

🚀 We’re Hiring: MIS Executive | Full-Time | WFO | 2+ Years Experience

Healthians is looking for a detail-oriented Sales MIS Executive to empower our sales function with accurate, insightful, and timely data. If you love transforming raw numbers into meaningful insights and enjoy building clean, automated reporting systems, this role is for you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports across cities, teams, and channels.

Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources including CRM, booking platforms, and partner reports.

Track key metrics such as revenue, productivity, and target achievement across business units.

Build and automate Excel-based dashboards and trackers for leadership reviews.

Analyze sales trends to highlight actionable insights on performance, acquisition, and conversions.

Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis, performance reviews, and data reconciliation.

Collaborate with operations, finance, and BI teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.

Continuously optimize reporting processes, templates, and automation flows.

🎯 Key Skills Required

Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, etc.)

Understanding of sales KPIs and diagnostic industry metrics.

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Knowledge of Google Sheets, Power BI, or SQL is an added advantage.

Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

⭐ Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration.

1–2 years of experience in Sales MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis — ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or service industries.

🎁 Preferred Profile

Experience handling large datasets and recurring reporting cycles.

Exposure to field or inside sales reporting.

Ability to deliver accurate reports under tight deadlines.
