Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property visits, and successfully closing sales deals. Strong communication skills and a passion for sales are essential for this role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calling, field visits, references, and networking activities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Explain property features, pricing, and investment benefits to prospective buyers.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the client database regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and workflow.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property site visits.
• Experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
