Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and client handling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits.

· Explain property details and project benefits to clients.

· Schedule and conduct property site visits.

· Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

· Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.

· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

· Coordinate with the sales team for closures and documentation.

· Maintain daily sales reports and client database.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

· Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Skills:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of real estate sales.

· Two Wheeler is compulsory for male candidate

· Target-oriented and confident personality.

· Graduation preferred.
