Fitzee is a growing fitness platform bringing live and engaging fitness experiences like Zumba, Yoga, Dance, HIIT and more to customers. We’re building a sales team that knows how to have real conversations, understand customer needs and turn interest into conversions.

The Role We’re looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive who enjoys talking to people and knows how to close.

This is an outbound calling role, but not the typical high-pressure telecalling job. You’ll speak with interested customers/leads, understand what they’re looking for, explain the right Fitzee plans and convert them into paying customers.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Fitzee plans.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
• Handle objections confidently and move conversations towards closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
• Share customer feedback to help improve the sales process.
• Work closely with the marketing and customer engagement teams.
• What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, tele-sales or business development.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
• A natural ability to build rapport and close conversations.
• Target-oriented, but not someone who needs constant pushing.
• Good objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM or lead-management tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in fitness, wellness, edtech, consumer subscriptions or D2C will be an advantage.
