Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Assistant Sales Manager to drive property sales, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with prospective clients. The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

• Key Responsibilities Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital inquiries, and other channels.
• Understand clients' property requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Explain project details, property specifications, pricing, payment plans, and available options to clients.
• Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective buyers to maximize conversions.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, CRM, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competing projects, property prices, and customer preferences.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
