Job Summary

Godrej is hiring Retail Sales Promoters for Vijay Sales stores in Gurgaon. The role involves promoting Godrej products, assisting customers, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Godrej products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Demonstrate products and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain product displays and coordinate with the store team.
  • RequirementsGraduate candidates only.
  • 1–3 years of retail/showroom sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in electronics, home appliances, or consumer durables is a plus.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented and customer-focused.
  • B.Tech and MBA candidates are not eligible.
