Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Your role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications are aligned with organizational goals and operate efficiently within the existing technology landscape. Throughout the day, you will focus on creating reliable and scalable applications that support business operations and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases to validate application functionality.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in testing complex applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday HCM Testing.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
