Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and support future problem resolution.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and improvements to optimize performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise planning and budgeting systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues within complex business environments.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure application stability.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business process workflows and their integration with planning and budgeting software.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
