As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to design and implement high-quality, maintainable code aligned with business requirements.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
