What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company. • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 3–7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Process Automation, or Financial Systems. • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or Yardi is an advantage. • Strong understanding of financial processes

We are seeking a highly analytical and technology-driven Financial Process Automation & BI Analyst to transform manual finance and accounting processes into automated, scalable, and data-driven solutions. This role will work closely with finance teams, operations, and business stakeholders to understand existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and develop solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with financial data, proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel (VBA), SQL, and an interest in Python and AI-driven automation. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Business Process Analysis & Requirement Gathering • Partner with internal finance teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders to understand existing manual processes and operational workflows. • Conduct process walkthroughs to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation solutions. • Document current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") process flows. • Recommend process improvements that reduce manual effort while improving operational controls. 2. Process Automation & Workflow Development • Design and develop automated workflows that eliminate repetitive manual tasks across finance and accounting operations. • Build automation solutions for: o Account reconciliations o Data matching o Transaction validation o Exception reporting o Financial data cleansing o Report generation • Develop reusable automation templates that can be leveraged across multiple finance functions. • Continuously optimize existing automation scripts to improve processing speed and reliability. 3. Financial Data Analytics • Process and analyze large financial datasets from multiple systems. • Perform automated matching and reconciliation of financial transactions. • Validate data quality and identify exceptions. • Investigate reconciliation breaks and provide root cause analysis. • Develop automated quality control checks to improve data accuracy. 4. Dashboard & Reporting Development • Design interactive Power BI dashboards for Finance and Business teams. • Develop executive dashboards providing: o Real-time KPIs o Operational metrics o Financial performance o Reconciliation status o Exception monitoring o Automation performance • Build self-service reporting capabilities for business users. • Improve existing reports by enhancing usability and visualization. 5. Continuous Process Improvement • Review existing automation solutions and identify performance improvement opportunities. • Conduct periodic quality control (QC) testing. • Monitor automation performance and resolve issues proactively. • Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and control. • Standardize automation practices across finance operations.
