The role acts as a bridge between internal teams and agencies while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
What are we looking for? • 3–5 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong understanding of research methodologies • Experience with Power BI and data visualization • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Project management and prioritization skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Degree in statistics, economics, business, or related field • Power BI • Data visualization and storytelling skills • Statistics knowledge
Roles and Responsibilities: • Support research project setup, proposal and questionnaire finalization, LEX approval, agency coordination, and results delivery • Synthesize primary and secondary research to generate insights on category, brand performance, and purchase drivers • Prepare reports highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions • Perform data mining, processing, cleansing, and validation • Ensure dashboards and trackers are updated accurately and timely • Perform quality checks on agency data before business release • Support manager in data collation, reporting, and project management
