Manager - ESG Sustainable Transformation/Program Management in Responsible Supply Chain 

 ## Job Description 

 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a **Manager** in **ESG Sustainable Transformation/Program Management** with a focus on **Responsible Supply Chain**. This is a full-time, onsite position in the **Agriculture sector**, with 100% resource utilization.  

The role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in sustainable program management and supply chain practices.  

## Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) sustainable transformation initiatives. - Oversee and implement responsible supply chain strategies within the agriculture sector. - Drive program management efforts to achieve sustainability goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with ESG objectives. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members in achieving program deliverables 

## Experience & Qualifications –  

**Experience Required**: 7 to 8 years in ESG, sustainable transformation, or program management roles. –  

**Educational Qualification**: Post-graduation in a relevant field. - Strong expertise in sustainable supply chain practices and program management.  

## Preferred Sector Expertise –  

**Sector**: Agriculture - Candidates with prior experience in the agriculture sector will be preferred, particularly those with knowledge of responsible supply chain dynamics and sustainability practices.
