The Manager Partner Program Platform Operations EM is responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of the adidas Partner Program ecosystem across Emerging Markets.

The role owns the operational management of partner integrations, inventory synchronization, order flow, and platform-related incidents. Acting as the primary link between business, partner, and technology teams, the role drives issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement to ensure seamless partner operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Operations

• Monitor and maintain operational health of Partner Program integrations and platform workflows.
• Ensure seamless inventory, order, cancellation, and return data flows across systems.
• Identify and proactively address operational risks and system issues.

Integration & Incident Management

• Serve as the primary escalation point for platform and integration-related incidents.
• Investigate inventory, order, and data synchronization issues across OMS, middleware, and partner platforms.
• Drive incident resolution, stakeholder communication, and root cause analysis.

Operational Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor service performance, operational KPIs, and SLA adherence.
• Track recurring issues and provide actionable insights to improve platform stability.
• Report operational health, risks, and incident trends to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive process improvements, monitoring enhancements, and automation opportunities.
• Support operational readiness for new partner integrations, platform changes, and releases.
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and middleware platforms (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML).
• Experience troubleshooting inventory, order, and data synchronization issues across integrated systems.
• Good knowledge of e-commerce operations, including order lifecycle, inventory management, fulfillment, cancellations, and returns.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis for issue investigation, reconciliation, and validation.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, SLA tracking, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Familiarity with OMS, marketplace platforms, service management, and ticketing tools.

Preferred Experience

• 5–8 years experience in Platform Operations, Integration Operations, E-commerce Operations, Service Management, or Marketplace Operations.
• Experience supporting OMS, WMS, Middleware, API, and Marketplace ecosystems.
• Exposure to distributed architecture, event-driven integrations, and microservices.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
• ITIL certification or Service Management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
