Senior
Lead marketing diagnostics to identify performance improvement opportunities across people, processes, technology, and data. Support marketing transformation and capability-building engagements. Design future-state marketing operating models, governance frameworks, and capability roadmaps. Assess and optimize MarTech ecosystems, CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, and customer engagement capabilities. Evaluate customer data strategies, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization approaches. Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and business cases. Facilitate client workshops and executive discussions. Translate complex technology concepts into business-focused recommendations. Build relationships with stakeholders across marketing, technology, data, and business functions.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Relevant certifications in MarTech platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo Engage, Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), CDP platforms, or Marketing Automation technologies are preferred.
