Job DescriptionWe are hiring HR Recruiters for our Gwalior location. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

We are looking for serious, dedicated, and target-oriented candidates who are interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates through calls and initial discussions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
