Store Incharge

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Stores Executive to manage the overall stores operations at our corrugation factory. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, and supporting smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock levels of paper reels, inks, consumables, spare parts & packaging materials
• Timely receipt, inspection, and issuance of materials as per production requirements
• Proper documentation of GRN, material issue slips, stock registers & Tally ERP entries
• Ensure correct storage methods and safe handling of materials
• Vendor coordination for material availability & follow-up on pending deliveries
• Conduct monthly physical stock audits.
• Maintain housekeeping and compliance standards in the store area

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in stores role (preferably in corrugation/printing industry)
• Knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Good understanding of inward & outward documentation.
• Strong coordination skills with vendors & production departments.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in any discipline. Candidates with Materials Management background preferred.
