Field Service Engineer- INDUSTRIAL TESTING & BALANCING MACHINES

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial testing and balancing machines at customer locations.

The candidate should be willing to travel anywhere in India as required and should be comfortable working at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of industrial machines at customer locations.
• Attend service calls and troubleshoot machine-related problems.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Carry out machine repair, calibration, and adjustment as required.
• Support customers in machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Prepare service reports after completing site visits.
• Coordinate with the service team and customers for technical requirements.
• Travel to customer locations anywhere in India whenever required.
• Maintain proper records of service activities and spare parts used.
• Follow company safety and service procedures.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Knowledge of machines, motors, sensors, panels, and control systems will be an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and machines.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel anywhere in India.
• Ability to work independently at customer locations.

Eligibility:

• Diploma / ITI candidates preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with experience in industrial machine service/maintenance will have an added advantage.
• Valid driving licence is preferred.
