Job Description – Sales & Service Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Service Executive responsible for both promoting and selling robotic vacuum cleaners, as well as providing after-sales service support. The role requires strong customer interaction, technical understanding, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

·        Promote and sell robotic vacuum cleaners to new and existing customers

·        Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to customers

·        Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and inquiries

·        Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company

·        Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Service Responsibilities

• Handle installation and product demonstrations at customer locations
• Provide after-sales service, maintenance, and repair support
• Attend service calls and resolve customer complaints on time
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service delivery

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical/electronic products
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas

Educational Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related fields)

Experience

1–3 years in sales, service, or technician roles

(Experience in home appliances, electronics, or robotics preferred)
